We will only use your details in relation to your stay at Beachhideaway.  If we need to use your information for any other reason we will get your permission prior to usage.

Cancellation Policy

No cancellations are permitted at any time of year.

If paying by cash or voucher a valid credit card is required for security in order to secure your  reservation. Until a valid credit card has been received your reservation can not be confirmed.

Check in and check out

Check in is 2pm and check out is 10am unless otherwise arranged with management.

Pets Policy

We do allow pets on a case by case basis by prior arrangement only. A Pet surcharge will apply.  Extra cleaning charge may apply.
 

General

Any vouchers purchased from any website source are non transferrable/refundable and date changes are not permitted. (Check website for dates before you purchase). A valid credit card and voucher numbers must be supplied at time of booking, bookings will not be confirmed until this is recieved.  Public holidays (Including for example the Thursday, Friday, Monday, Tuesday of any long weekend, eg: Easter, Queens Birthday, Anzac Day, Waitangi day etc are not included in any deal). School holidays are not included (from Term start/end - start/finish weekend).  Vouchers have a strict end date.  Please be flexible with dates as bookings go quickly.  Minimum stay periods at any time of the year may apply.

We clean our villas to a high standard and expect that our guests will leave the villas in a reasonable state of tidiness. We do reserve the right to apply a cleaning surcharge in situations where we deem the level of tidiness to be unacceptable and where extra cleaning is required , eg dishes left, pet hair, etc Cleaning is based on an hourly charge.

Any damage caused by guests will be chargeable to directly to the guest in whose name the reservation has been made in

In situations where we are forced to take legal action to recover monies owed  in relation to (but no excluding other situations) from short payment or property damages Beachhideaway reserves the right to claim costs associated with any such action or to engaged a debt collection agency to pursue debts on our behalf.
